Voiden for enterprise

The API client had a good run.

It's time for Voiden.

Voiden is the API IDE for agentic teams.Agents now send API calls without opening a client, and forget them the moment they finish. Voiden turns every call into a file in your repo: the request, its tests, its docs and its purpose, together. Your team reviews it. Your agents run it.

Why now

AI agents call APIs but leave no record

An agent can build and run an API request in seconds. When the session ends, the details are gone: what the call was for, which environment it used, and what a correct result looks like. Voiden saves all of it as a file in your repo, where your team can review it.

The .void file

One file for developers and AI agents

A .void file is plain Markdown. It holds the purpose, request, environment, tests and docs for an API call, so developers and agents both have everything they need.

apis/payments/create-customer.voidmarkdown
Purpose
Create a customer for the v2 billing migration. Safe to retry on the same email.
purpose
POST {{base_url}}/v2/customers
request
staging · base_url · seed_email
environment
use ../blocks/oauth-client-creds.void
auth · reused
create_customer · param email · verified
tool
voiden.assert(voiden.response.status, "==", 201)
voiden.assert(voiden.response.headers.location, "truthy", "")
tests
# Create customer
Returns 201 and a Location header. See PAY-482.

Developers

Edit it like code

Write it in Voiden or any editor. Review it in a pull request. Blame, branch and revert it with Git.

AI agents

Run it with full context

An agent reads the intent, picks the environment, runs the request and checks it against the tests in the same file.

Links to your other tools. Add links to the Jira ticket, the runbook or the Slack channel. Any tool can open them.

How it works

How your team works with Voiden

One file moves through the tools you already use. Nothing needs exporting or rebuilding.

  1. 1

    Write

    Voiden

A developer or an agent writes the .void file. Same format for both.

  2. 2

    Review

    GitHub · GitLab

It arrives as a pull request. CODEOWNERS approve it like any other change.

  3. 3

    Run

    CI · pipelines · servers

The same file runs in CI, pipelines and servers, with the same result every time.

  4. 4

    Expose

    MCP

Add a /tool block and any AI agent can call the request as a tool.

Security & compliance

Security and compliance through your existing setup

Other API tools charge extra for security features. With Voiden, you get them through Git and the infrastructure you already manage.
